Digital dairy project
The Digital Dairy Chain project will develop a world-class business innovation and research platform to optimise and decarbonise dairy manufacturing. It will facilitate a skills pipeline and encourage new, value-added product development.
Led by 麻豆色情片, a consortium of research, commercial and civic partners will work together to digitalise and integrate the whole dairy value chain. The project is supported by a 拢21 million investment from the UKRI鈥檚 Strength in Places Fund and aims to create 600 new jobs.
